Life has been moving at a pace that even I would qualify as too fast. After Christmas I needed to find a new place to live and I picked up more group method classes at Sassy Fit. Tuesday through Friday I was up at 4:45am and home only to eat and sleep after apartment viewing. I finally found a place to live, in Magnolia, and moved in.
At Oiselle, the spring 2011 collection was arriving. We are the shipping, receiving...the everything department. So Sally, Liz, Larisa and I were carrying boxes to the 'warehouse' and packing up wholesale orders. I was launching the spring line on the web, and I'm happy to say it went well! Despite Drupal's best efforts to the contrary. ;)
In the midst of all of this, my goals for running were really slipping. Only getting about 2-3 days in a week was bumming me out.
Sunday night I hung my last picture and actually began to see the new place as home potential. I'm down to one Sassy Fit Method morning, and running club Wednesday and Sunday. And so I'm working on kicking my booty out of my warm bed to get miles in before work. This morning I got 5 in at 5:30am. Whoo hooo! It feels good to get back on track and have some of the dust settle. I never like a slow pace, life, or otherwise. But this new mid-February pace is starting to feel okay.
