empty battery
In many ways I've let my battery get too low. The most obvious is this week was ... not eating. All day I'm glued to the work I'm doing. I don't notice I'm hungry until it's too late. Until I can't feel my feet hitting the pavement on my evening run. I feel like I'm wrapped in cotton. I get so hungry it's not hunger. I'm a drained battery, tired and wobbly.
So here's a odd goal, one I never thought I'd have to make: eat a good lunch. Even if I'm busy. Even if I'm zoned in.
The other way I've let my battery get too low is literarily. See that's not even a word! I have to go read!
